VAT Wizard

BizFusion comes pre-installed with the VAT definitions for The Netherlands.
But you can easily create the VAT Codes that are used in your country.
You use the VAT Wizard to quickly create new VAT Codes.

Go to: 'VAT > VAT Wizard'

VAT Wizard: Step 1
Choose option 1 to create a new VAT Code.

VAT Wizard: Step 2
Specify a name for your VAT Code and specify the VAT percentage.

VAT Wizard: Step 3
Click on 'Finish' to create the new VAT Code.

Your new VAT Code will be added to the list of existing codes.
Go to: 'VAT > VAT' to see the list of VAT codes.

VAT Change

You can also run the VAT Wizard whenever your government decides to change the VAT percentage.

Go to: 'VAT > VAT Wizard'

VAT Wizard: Step 1
Choose option 2 to create a new VAT percentage for an existing VAT Code.

VAT Wizard: Step 2
Pick the VAT Code to adjust and specify the new VAT percentage.
You also need to specify the start date of the new VAT percentage.

VAT Wizard: Step 3
Click on 'Finish' to accept the new VAT percentage.

VAT Statements

Death and taxes are the only two certainties in life.
You can generate a VAT statement that exactly specifies the amount
of VAT that you need to pay.

Go to: 'VAT > VAT Statement'

Generate VAT Statement

Specify the period for which you want to create a statement
and click on 'Create Statement'.

Open the newly created statement and click on 'Save & Post' to finalize the statement.
You can then add a payment to the VAT statement.
